How much does it cost to build a home?
We regret that we are unable to give an exact amount to this question. This is because each building project is unique and, as a result, might cost more or less than homes we have already constructed. You must take into account every aspect of home construction, including the cost of the building site, building supplies, and labour.

What happens now that the budget costs are within our expectations?
We would return to the site with an approved architect drawing (detailed drawing depicting all technical features of the project), and acquire specific information about the project, such as plumbing and electrical layouts, window and door types, and so on. We would want the customer to have decided on any fixtures and fittings they require at this point in order for us to deliver a fixed pricing quotation.
How long does it take to put together a quote?
We aim to deliver a detailed price within three weeks of the site visit. This is contingent on the customer supplying particular details.
Is it possible for me to go to one of your past sites to inspect the quality of the work?
